Article 1. General terms and conditions

By placing an order, the customer declares to accept, without reservation, the general terms and conditions of delivery.

Article 2. Prices and Offers

The prices mentioned are in euros, including VAT.

Shipping costs are not included in the prices. The amount of the delivery costs will be passed on to the customer at the conclusion of the agreement. The shipping costs are a standard amount, which consist of shipping costs and administration costs including packaging material.

As long as the agreement has not been concluded, is authorised to change the prices and other conditions.

Offers are only valid as long as stocks last and for the specified period of time.

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.

In case of discount offers, the total amount to be paid must be paid into our account within 5 working days after the end of the offer. If this is not the case, the promotional discount will lapse.

In order to make use of a discount coupon or discount code, this must always be entered directly at the time of ordering. There are no discounts deducted afterwards.

Promotional codes are only accepted if they are used when ordering the articles and as described in the advertisement. Promotion codes only apply to the products indicated in the advertisement and cannot be used with other products!

When returning a promotional product, the promotion discount will lapse and any non-returned (free) items will be charged at the normal selling price. is not liable for the consequences of typesetting, typing and/or programming or programming errors on its website. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.

Information, images etc. relating to all offers and the main characteristics of the products are displayed or done as accurately as possible. In principle, deviations cannot give rise to compensation and/or dissolution.

Article 3. Payment

Payment can be made in (one of) the way(s) indicated during the ordering process. Your order may be subject to further (payment/order) conditions. In the event of payment by bank or giro, the date of payment shall be the date on which the giro or bank account of is credited.

For C.O.D. deliveries, an additional shipping surcharge will be charged. Any discounts on shipping costs do not apply to cash on delivery deliveries. For cash on delivery, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made.

The order will only be shipped once the payment has been made in full.

If the payment is not made within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.

Article 4. Delivery

We deliver the articles within the Netherlands via one of the reputable delivery companies as long as stocks last. The items will be shipped (if in stock) as soon as possible after receipt of the payment.

The shipping costs are clearly stated in the order procedure.

Upon delivery of your order, you should immediately check whether what you have received corresponds to the order confirmation. You should also check that the product is complete and undamaged.

When returning, the shipping costs and the risk of returning these items are for the customer's own account.

In case of an exchange, will take care of the shipping costs of the item to be resent once.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer during the conclusion of the agreement. shall not be liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of the order being delivered to an address incorrectly indicated by the customer. is not liable for incorrect delivery by a postal delivery company.

For deliveries abroad, different conditions may apply. has most items in stock. Orders are delivered as soon as possible. After receipt of payment, we usually ship the ordered items within 2 working days. The mentioned delivery times are indicative and are never considered to be strict deadlines. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation, nor does it entitle him to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement. The deadline for delivery is 30 days. Exceeding the 30-day delivery period gives the right to cancel the order. Any exceeding of the delivery time will be notified immediately. If the buyer wishes to cancel the order, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.

If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by the customer, it will be indicated when the product is available again. Delays will be reported to the customer by e-mail.

Article 5. Refusing orders

An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by shall be entitled to refuse orders or to attach special conditions to the delivery, unless expressly provided otherwise. If an order is not accepted, shall notify this within ten (10) working days of receipt of the order.

Article 6. Retention of title shall remain the full owner of the delivered item until such time as the purchase price has been paid. If the customer fails to take delivery of the products, the resulting damage and costs will be borne by him/her.

Article 7. Cooling period

All items you have purchased in the web shop can be returned without stating any reasons and within 14 days after receipt of the items. The purchase of items becomes final after these 14 days.

If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement, the customer must notify in writing by e-mail. The customer must return the product immediately to The cost and risk of returning the goods are for the account of the customer.

Products with 50% or more discount and hygiene products can not be exchanged or returned.

Insufficient or unstamped returns will not be accepted.

The product can only be returned if it is in the original and undamaged packaging. The product must also be in its original condition, unworn/unused, not washed and undamaged. Also (if applicable) the original labels, labels and hangers on the clothing must not have been removed. If applicable, the original instructions for use must be present in the packaging undamaged. reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the amount already paid if it is suspected that the product has already been used or damaged by the customer.

Article 8: Returns or Exchanges

You have 14 days to return the item(s) you purchased. Here’s how:

Make sure it’s all just the way we sent it to you…meaning it’s unused, all hanging tags attached, all parts included, and packaged just like new! Note: We’d love to take back “gently used” goods, but we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though!

Contact [email protected] for an RMA request form and RMA number (your personal return code). In the email/form please add the customer’s name (First and Last) . . . this should be the person who purchased the item (i.e. hubby bought it for wife it will be under his name, not hers). What item(s) are being returned. Your RMA code is your order or invoice number. This way we can allocate your return.

Would you like a refund or an online credit? For a full refund you have 14 days from when you received the item. Payment transaction costs incurred with the order are not refundable!

We will not pay for any Returns.

The following applies to return shipments from outside the European Union

You have to take care of the shipping cost and export documentation. Costs made by us to import your return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded by us. Part of the VAT and all import taxes paid by us at the time of shipment are not refundable. In case you have paid shipping costs at the time of ordering, these will not be refunded.

Article 9. Complaints does everything in its power to deliver a perfect product. If a product still does not meet your expectations, you can send an email to [email protected]. within 7 days after receiving the order.

We will solve the problem as soon as possible in consultation with you. In order to ensure that your complaint is dealt with smoothly, please follow our instructions strictly. The postage costs for returning an article with a complaint are in the first instance borne by the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is found to be justified. Complaints will be dealt with within 30 days after notification, if there is a delay in handling the complaint, the customer will be informed.

If the solution offered does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the entire order within 7 days, without additional costs. The amount already paid will be credited immediately in accordance with the provisions of Article 7. This guarantee lapses if a. clothing has been worn and washed, b. you yourself have tried to repair the defect, c. you have not followed the instructions for use.

Article 10. Warranty and Liability

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Dutch statutory warranty provisions apply. For all items that are discounted 25% and up of official retail price the Dutch statutory warranty provisions apply.

JuJuBe will replace manufacturer’s defects during its lifetime warranty when an item is purchased from or from an authorised dealer. (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF ONLINE PURCHASE.) Our warranty policy is valid for the original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover any and all SALE items. Also, we do NOT honour print placement requests on returned/ exchanged or defective replacement items.

Article 11. Privacy Policy

Personal data is stored in the customer system in order to process the orders. In addition, uses the data for internal marketing purposes, such as sending a newsletter. uses the relevant legislation and guidelines for the use of personal data.

If provides data to third parties for the performance of tasks within the framework of the activities described in Article 4, the privacy is guaranteed.

Article 12. Miscellaneous

If you provide with an address in writing, shall be entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you provide in writing with another address to which your orders should be sent.
